Built in 1915, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium has been the cultural center of San Francisco for almost a century. The Civic forms the cornerstone of the Civic Center Plaza and is a Beaux Arts architectural wonder that is listed on the National Register. The building has hosted a variety of events from the Democratic National Convention in 1920 to being the home court for the Golden State Warriors from 1964-1966. The Arena has a flexible capacity from 1,000 to 7,500 depending on set up.
In 2010, Another Planet Entertainment took over management and operations of the Bill Graham Civic and has continued to keep the building active in booking hundreds of concerts and special events in the historic building. Past events include performances by Radiohead, Madonna, Kings of Leon and also a speaking by the Dalai Lama.
FOX THEATER

After closing its doors in 1966, the Fox Theater re-opened in February of 2009. The $75mm multi-use renovation project features a state-of-the-art theater with flexible capacity from 1,800 to 2,800. The multiple seating configurations include general admission, cabaret style seating, and reserved seating. The theater itself now serves as the flagship live music venue for Another Planet Entertainment.
Fox Theater hosts over 100 shows annually. The venue has played host to a wide range of emerging and world-renowned artists such as The Black Keys, Nas & Damian Marley, Bob Dylan, Kylie Minogue, My Morning Jacket, The Chemical Brothers, Paul Simon, Vampire Weekend and Green Day.
Fox Theater's wrap around building is the permanent home for the Oakland School for the Arts, a tuition-free charter school dedicated to artistic and academic excellence. The Fox Theater is located in the absolute demographic center of the Bay Area (population 7.5 million). The Fox is now the centerpiece of the revitalized Uptown District section of Oakland that features fine dining, a thriving nightlife, and 2,000 new residential development units. The Fox Theater is located within a half block of BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) and only a 12-minute train ride from San Francisco and a 9-minute train ride from Berkeley.

The Independent is the latest incarnation of one of the city's most diverse live rooms and has quickly become one of the premier live music venues of its size in the United States. It is 500 capacity and includes a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system with a 24ft x 14 ft stage. It is a perfect space for corporate receptions, birthdays, launch events and holiday parties.
Since its inception in February 2004, the venue has hosted over 2,000 shows. Many of today's best known and emerging artists have played The Independent. A sampling of those include Beck, The Black Eyed Peas, Bon Iver, Green Day, MGMT, Mos Def, Ween, Arctic Monkeys, Dave Chappelle, Phil Lesh & Friends, Sonic Youth, TV on the Radio, Ben Harper, Girl Talk, John Legend, M.I.A., Tegan & Sara, Fleet Foxes and Jimmy Cliff... to name only a very few.
